I have been living for the past 2 years at a gated apartment property right near the border of Santa Monica and West LA. What I can say is that every single time I have texted the landlord, I have received an answer back within 15 minutes MAX. This includes texting the property staff at 8pm on Friday and receiving a response almost immediately on account of a clogged sink. The landlord provides landscaping services and the property is power washed every month. Its by far the cleanest complex I have lived in through my time renting in Santa Monica. I cannot stress enough that the property staff is available all the time. This is refreshing from past landlords who were very slow to respond to my requests.
