Matheson Apartments

We initially had a great deal with Matheson Apartments. They advertised EV parking, but their EV parking management is an absolute joke. They let regular gas cars hog EV spots for days, leaving EVs with no place to charge. I’ve raised a complaint. Their big action? They slapped on a sign. Yet the behavior continues: non-EVs still take EV spots, and even EV drivers—after charging—leave their car there without moving. We’re stuck with no access. They hyped up the place, but what they sold us doesn’t match reality.

We appreciated the tour even put money down to be told no. We told them before application that we had a complicated relationship with out current land lord and we're told that wouldn't affect out application. After putting $280 down all the sudden it was an issue. I think this is very deceptive since we explained everything before application. Now we have to wait 2-3 weeks to get our money back. This is unacceptable how are we supposed to just wait on that??? The community is beautiful. We could have easily afforded it since our rent last month was $3100. Try and talk to people honestly before application. Edit to add: Customer service never contacted us. 3 weeks and still no return of our money. Audrey, Vicki, and Logan are wonderful. The maintenance team is promp and friendly! The amenities are great, we love the 24/7 gym and the pool and grill area! Matheson is great avout hosting resident and community events. We've lived here for almost 3 years now and just renewed our lease :)

It’s a great place the management is super nice and friendly and more than willing to help in anyway they can. The people living here are nice and friendly. Calm collected place.

Been dealing with Jaxson for about a week now. And he’s been fantastic. Haven’t had a single bad experience with him or anyone so far. Can’t wait to get my keys in a few days
