Went on a tour of the home for rent. I looked around in the kitchen, opened the cabinets, oven door, under the sink just looking for cleaniness. The realtor was watching me like a hawk. She made me feel so uncomfortable, I finally had to tell her "You don't have to watch my every move ma'am." The home was a bit dusty however. Not terrible, but needed a good wipe down, sweep and mop. I was very tranparent to them on my initial phone call about an eviction for non payment on my history from previous landlord. Recently had our lease of roughly 5 years end. All issues we encountered were handled in a timely and effective manner. The staff was kind and considerate to our needs as they evolved over our time in the rented house. After-hours repair services were available. Kelly was always very easy, professional and caring to work and interact with. Thank you Kelly for all of the help you provided us with! Move in and move out process was very simple. Security deposit was returned in proper time minus $150 cleaning fee (that's fine, I know I'm not perfect and was expecting that much). I would recommend Matchmaker Realty for your local renting needs!

We have rented a house through this company for over a year and love the property. Our agent that showed us the house was thorough and informative, so there weren’t any unexpected issues when we moved in. My only qualm was the unit could’ve been cleaner upon move in (i.e trash behind appliances or in the yard for example) but this was only a minor issue since I planned on deep cleaning prior to unpacking regardless. Since then, every maintenance request we have submitted has been resolved promptly, which I have been very impressed by. Every vendor they send has been kind and respectful, which shows they have great connections with other local businesses. I had a terrible experience with Matchmaker Realty Property Management. They dishonestly deducted 50% of my deposit for items that were already broken when I moved in. On top of that, they charged me an extra $100 cleaning fee, even though I had already paid $425 to their recommended cleaning company, Brand New Cleaning. When I called to ask why I was charged again, they simply said it wasn’t cleaned properly but provided no evidence. Instead of calling Brand New Cleaning back to finish the job, they hired another company, which makes no sense. I even called Brand New Cleaning to confirm, and they said Matchmaker never contacted them to go back and complete the cleaning. If they recommend Brand New Cleaning as their preferred company, why wouldn’t they have them finish the job? Smells fi

HORRIBLE!!! I had an appointment to view an apartment. They text me 4 times and sent emails regarding the day and time. I get to the apartment on time! The person showing the apartment arrived LATE! The lady explained to me that a woman named Kelli would be showing the apartment, so when the rude guy got out I was confused. I was explaining to him what was told to me and he stated “Do you want to see it or not.” At this point I’m boiling! Not only are you late but rude too. I am a person that DOES NOT talk soft so for him to call me rude definitely pushed a button! I declined to view the apartment because it was not going well. This was a sign to me to not move forward! Unprofessional and rude! I would NOT recommend NO ONE to them!
