STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. let’s start off with i left that property in mint condition and 2 months before my lease was up the company kicked out ALL the tenants so the place can become a jmu frat apartments. i noticed every apartment was getting painted. so as far as ur deposit goes they will find anything so they can keep it. i attached a picture of unbelievable charges. then today i drove past there and this is the reason they kicked out elderly people, families with kids and food people all around the music was so loud and the parking lot was filled with kids drinking an trashing the place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

NEVER RENT FROM HERE. EXPLOITATION. If they wanted to take your money they could and you’d be helpless to stop them. If you address them on it they will cover it up or just blatantly tell you to lawyer up if you don’t like it. They violate all of our tenant rights, they ignore us on major issues and have fined us even though nobody from the office has set foot on our property in months. We also had a scare where we were ignored where we were sent the WRONG LEASE information and thought we would have to move out at the end of October, they didn’t respond for weeks and our house juts hoped for the best. So disappointed with parking enforcement at my apartment complex. I had someone park their car directly behind my car if I cared about damage to my car it would prevent me from leaving my spot. When I called for a tow after tow company said only the property manager can do that. Then why have the sign at the beginning on the parking lot? Then why not answer any phones? Even the police wouldn't do anything because it's private property. It's going to be more property damage if I need to leave before the fool behind my car right now. A tow would have easily solved all problems. Please review this policy. It's ridiculous.

Maintenance cheaply fixes things and sometimes still doesn't work correctly. The dryer does not dry items very well and most of the time I have to hang things up to dry. The finish was coming off the microwave so they replaced it with a very small microwave that sometimes doesn't work. My closet door was fixed twice and the last maintenance worker told me the door will most likely come off track again. He said might as well keep it off. I have a bat's next on my balcony that I reported weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything about that. A blade on my ceiling fan broke. They replaced it but it needed two screws to attach the blade back on. He only used one screw stating someone will come later to finish fixing it or install a new fan.
