The houses are very beautiful however I feel the prices are too expensive since it's a 55 and older community. They do not come with the refrigerator or a washer and dryer. Majority of these people are retired and on a fixed income.
We downsized and purchased a new home at Montana Lakes because it was right time and yard service included in HOA fee.
Models were beautiful, we bought a lot and ready to build.
We're looking forward to retirement there and will enjoy every moment.
