Masters Touch Design Build

We worked with Master’s Touch to redesign our kitchen, which previously had a layout that made the usable space feel very cramped with a lot of wasted area on the other side of the peninsula. Our designer, Shannon, came up with a plan that completely transformed the space and addressed all of our priorities. She was supportive, professional, and an excellent communicator throughout the process. Shannon helped us understand the reasoning behind her recommendations and narrowing down choices based on our preferences. We used Masters Touch to do a large reconstruction project after flood damage compromised our first floor. Nick, Dominick and the Masters Touch team were professional, trustworthy, and we had an excellent experience. From the first phone call to the final day of the project, we felt confident that our satisfaction was important to them. Can’t recommend Master’s Touch, and our contractor for our project, Shane Centerbar, enough! We worked with them for converting our 1880s 2-unit house back to a single family home. It was an intimidating project because we knew we were facing a lot of complications (asbestos tile, lead paint, wonky rooflines, uneven floors, and nearly a century’s worth of landlord-special updates). But Master’s Touch was super helpful and communicative across the whole project, which is exactly what you need when tackling something so big. I was also insistent that I wanted to restore our original Victorian pine floors in our front bedroom that everyone thought were too far gone, but they worked with us to make sure that happened. I have had great experiences with Masters Touch over the years. Since the fall of 2002, Doug Masters and his team have completed a kitchen remodel, installed new windows, installed flooring, interior and exterior painting, carpentry work, new roof and three new skylights. The new roof and skylights were installed in October of this year and I am very pleased with the results. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Masters Touch as they perform excellent work and are professional throughout. I plan to do more business with Masters Touch in early 2026. **Editing my review after a year*** We are intensely disappointed with Master’s Touch at this time. When the project was completed, there was a promise/understanding that they would be back in one year to settle any normal issues that arise with a renovation after some time. We have been the ones to try to reach out to them to do so, but to absolutely no avail. We keep following up only to be ignored. Not only are they shirking this promise, but there had been some extremely shoddy floor work done and we’ve asked them time and time again to address it/rectify it. Again, we keep having to do all outreach and follow up only to be told they’ll need to see it and decide what to do. Well they’ve now seen pictures and come in person and still we cannot get the Master’s Touch team to follow up or
