I just called this company to get information on an apartment unit that will be available later this month. Currently, the unit is being renovated. The lady on the phone told me I had to submit an application and pay the fee before viewing the apartment 😂😂 sounds very janky and shady to me. To whomever may be reading this, NEVER EVER give your information or money before viewing the property. Very strange 😕 Update: WELL… if someone is inquiring about a property then that should be explained if that is your policy! Like I said, this company seems shady and the other reviews prove that. I’ve been researching a few rental companies and I’ve never heard of such a thing. So that is NOT a standard policy. But anyway… Good Luck to anyone who does business with your company.

I would give a zero if that was an option. Stay away from this business as they would do everything to take your money when you leave. You can be perfect tenant and be assured to lose your security deposit and pay for any work that needs to be done by a regular landlord. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Zero stars is more accurate. These people are crooks and liars. I don’t care how nice the apartments may seem. STEAR CLEAR. The staff is rude and no matter how long and hard your try to keep the place nice and deep clean before moving out if you leave one mark on the wall they will charge you for it like thousands and you will get zero deposit back. I have rented for many years and have never had such awful landlords.

The women whom answered the phone was beyond unprofessional, judgmental and completely disrespectful. I am unfamiliar with this Realty office and was recommended to call them for my needs. Within 3 minutes into the inquiry I was disgusted and requested the woman's manager she would NOT transfer me have every excuse he was not there, then I asked for his voice-mail now he was on the phone and she cannot transfer when he's on the phone then she accuses me of being mad at the information I was given from her. She refused to give me the owners name so I could discuss this call with him and then attempted to deny how she spoke to me until i expressed that I called off my work phone where all calls are recorded and could prove what I was saying her response then was oh well I'm not a agent until

Masten Realty does not provide recycling services for the apartment complexes they manage! They are promoting waste! Please change this policy.
