⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience living at Mason Veranda. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference. The office staff truly stand out. Gia, Lyneise, and Morgan are all amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. If you’re looking for a well-managed apartment complex with an awesome team in the office, I highly recommend Mason Veranda.

Lyniese was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met her, she made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was friendly, patient, and always happy to answer our questions. The whole leasing process was smooth and easy thanks to her attention to detail and genuine care. You can tell she truly loves helping people find the right home. It’s only been a few weeks since moving in so I don’t have that much time to really give an overall opinion. I can tell you this though, the application process was great with Lyniese. I moved down from another state and she was incredibly attentive and helpful. The complex is beautiful, new, clean, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful (so far). I can’t hear much through the walls and I’m in between two apartments. This is super important. The windows are built to fight noise as well. The fountain in the pond really helps to build a serene ambiance. I pray that rent doesn’t rise significantly in a year when the lease is up because many of us want to stay and not have to shop around again. We've been residents at this apartment complex since 2023 and have been thoroughly satisfied with our experience - so much that we recently renewed our lease until 2027! The front desk and maintenance staff have been exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to get things done, and our maintenance requests have been fulfilled within 24 hours. The staff is efficient, responsive, and proactive in maintaining the complex. They regularly check AC filters, perform pest control, and pressure wash the outdoor areas. It's the little things, like spark-friendly conversations, that make a big difference. While we've had some issues, they haven't been due to management's efforts.
