Mason Ridge By Pulte Homes @ Denville Location is a great place to live in. I have no negative things to say. Right from sales office staff to loan processing office staff, all have been great. Also their prices are affordable as compare to other builders in the area. Pulte Homes take care of their clients very well. Thank you very much!!

The team at Pulte have been nothing but amazing! Even after closing they have been very attentive & helpful. Any little thing I needed help with they sent someone quickly! So far the community has been great and everyone I met is nice!

they charging nearly a $million dollars for a townhouse on top of the other townhouse and have with no privacy, the market is so overpriced it’s disgusting I hope nobody moves into this. why would someone pay $1 million for no backyard and stuck to your neighbors townhouse. I hope the entire real estate market in New Jersey and the entire United States crashes.

These townhomes are extremely overpriced for what it’s worth. Almost $1 million for a stacked unit with no privacy and no backyard? This area is not worth that kind of money. The market is so out of control it’s embarrassing. I seriously don’t know who would pay that. Not worth the high prices, don’t bother touring.
