They will email you with lies and get rude when you question them as if I’m not allowed to ask questions. l was fined for not emailing to let them know that a violation had been corrected. A violation that they could see had been corrected during the next round of inspections. But because I did not send an email I was fined $400. When I questioned them I was told to email the board a letter and they might waive the fine. Then they lied and said the board voted to not waive the fine. After I challenged them on that they said the board never waives fines. Well I 100% know this to be inaccurate because other neighbors’ fines have been waived. Also, why would you ask me to write a letter to the board if you know the board never waives fines? A very untrustworthy company.

My Condominium Hoa is with this Law Office. Totally unsat management, I lived in the community for 6 years. The wooden fence around the community is not unified, outdated, and moldy. The pipes are old, lawn care is minimal, not well lite, pool hasn't worked in years, trash around dumpster, easy access for public, flood issues, and no accountability! I had to take Community Management Association and Mason Lee to court. My Condominium flooded and they were responsible for the damages. They ignored my complaints about issue and mind you it was sewage. I had a newborn and had to relocate my family for months. After several months of being put to the side, I paid for the repairs myself. When the insurance company sent the check for my repairs, guess who took it (Hoa). I took them to court a

Beware! Representing multiple HOAs that bully and harass people for frivolous reasons. A cracked driveway was fixed and still went after me. I am not sure how the people of this firm sleep at night knowing that they are a firm preying on people and their hard earned money for minor complaints.

The most unprofessional, and frustrating HOA I have had the unfortunate experience to ever deal with in all of my purchasing of homes.Money hungry. I think they create additional violations outside the bylaws to try to generate fines. They have tried to give some members hell since suggesting the community try another HOA firm.The reps. over the community rarely if ever try and resolve any issues you bring fourth. Hadn't changed since they took over. I would love for this to change, and would be glad to report it as soon as things change.

Mason Lee Law Offices property management is a dishonest firm. They will look and find MINOR / UNREASONABLE violations and make MONEY out of the home owners. THEY WILL MAKE YOU SELL YOUR HARD EARNED HOME out of frustrations. HOA should help and support owners not nickel and dime them at every opportunity. We must work together for a common goal of disbanding and try other honest and more empathetic firms.
