Mason Apartments

I moved to Bismarck ND. to manage a buisness during covid. This building is managed by a slumlord. The people living in this building have music on loud all hours of the day and night. If you complain they do nothing. People who do not belong in the building trapes on through regularily and knock on your door at 2am.Don't answer it! There is a mites infestation that completely ruined my clothing, shoes, rug, and bedding, I had to throw it all in the trash. I documented all of it. I would not recommend anyone sane to live in this building. And what's funniest of all is 3 years later they've sent me a bill for cleaning their hell whole,that I left cleaner than any apartment in the building.(that they will never see.)Oh hell no, no way , do not rent here. This is my third Goldmark apartment and by far my favorite! My apartment is big and beautiful and my neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Shelby is the best!!! Maintenance been helpful and great at checking in with me when I see them around! I’m very happy with my property managers and my apartment!

Ms. Shelve did an amazing job! She greeted me, was very welcoming, and she even left me a gift. She explained everything clearly and showed me around the building. So far I'm having a comfortable stay!!

Management- No complaints. They give proper notice for any work being done in the units, any concerns I've had were dealt with promptly and professionally. Maintenance- I only had to deal with them twice, and it was a hit and a miss. The first guy was not very nice and seemed to have little regard for the people and the building (I honestly haven't seen that guy since). The emergency maintenance guy was amazing- he was kind, caring, and quick to get my needs met. Both times the repairs were done efficiently and promptly.

Locks in other parts of the building can be abit finicky but the unit was great, remodeled just as I moved in. Management and Maintenance have been extremely kind and understanding regarding my situations and have worked with me. Rent is about what you would expect. Only Maintenance i needed done so far is asking them to help install my air conditioner.
