Marzilli Construction Inc.

I have dealt with Marzilli Construction on 3 homes (shore, former home and current home) and they always do a great job. They have a very proactive owner who keeps things moving and on schedule. Another big benefit to Marzilli is that they have in house design capability/designer which keeps everyone on the same page. If I ever move again, I would certainly use them!

Marzillie Construction....very professional staff and not just management but every worker and sub-contractor! Their is definitely a work ethic required in order to work with Lou Marzilli. His attention to detail and quality at every level is seen in each and every worker and contractor. Communication with us was consistent throughout the building process. Courteous, professional, and fun. That was our experience. Highly recommended.

The owner Lou walked me through the whole site. Totally Incredible how they make cabinets and finish them right on site. Along with Incredible showroom settings when customers come in to get ideas.

Very difficult to have their office return a phone call. Many requests go un-answered and many promises broken. Very hard to feel comfortable using their company if you can't get through the initial step of a conversation.

Poorly run businesses.
