Anne Marie went above and beyond on both the purchase of our house and the sale of it six years later. I can't recommend her enough. She is so easy to work with, communicates every detail of the process and updates on things before we thought to ask. She knows the business and has the best interest of her clients at heart. She is willing to work long hours to make sure her clients are well taken care of. She handled difficult situations in a most professional manner. Her marketing strategies, negotiation skills, and attention to detail made the process easy and lucrative for us. It was a pleasure working with her.

The fraudulently used my electric signature on an amendment that I never se nor agreed to go along with. As a first time buyer I would’ve never purchased a home with a capped fireplace. If I could give 0 stars I would. In Waynesboro and surrounding areas I see it’s all in who you know! It’s unfortunate that money speaks before morals and values. I used my Va loan to purchase a home that wasn’t and isn’t worth $160,000 it’s most definitely been hard..mold infested, old insulation, and much more. I can’t even live in the home now.
