I bought a small holiday home from Finger Lakes which I intend to eventually do some short term rentals as well while we are not using the home. Mary understood my requirements and my budget and she was very helpful. Through out the process she was so helpful and responsive. It really helped because I was living 250 Miles away in New Jersey. Mary's knowledge on the area and also on the work that property needs was very helpful. Her expertise actually helped me to drop one of the homes that I was interested in (because she saw possible structural work that would involve). Mary is amazing!! She helped us sell our house when Covid restrictions were still pretty much in effect. Her insight and suggestions were invaluable in getting us multiple offers and top dollar for our home. The professional photos that she ordered were incredible! Mary is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. She is competent and respectful of other realtors and their clients while still remaining unyielding in protecting and meeting her own clients wishes and best interests. We highly recommend Mary!
