Mk and Alan have helped us in many ways! They are a full stop shop providing anything you need that deals with Real Estate from the selling and purchasing of properties as well as property management of our condo. They orchestrated sale of our big home where we raised our children, and the purchase of 3 other properties; a townhome, our current home in a 55+ community, and our beach condo. MK manages our AirB&B beach condo for us too. MK is on top of everything and helps us with anything we need. She checks in with our guests and is there to remedy an uncomfortable mattress or when our dishwasher broke. You can count on her for all things Real Estate.

Had the most delightful stay at one of MK’s beachfront properties in October. We arrived with such a warm welcoming of lights on & music playing in the background. There was everything we needed from coffee, spices, condiments, to beach chairs & umbrellas provided our entire stay. MK really knows how to be a super host!
