When Hamilton Thomas Homes was acquired by New Home Co. a little over a year ago, we weren’t sure what to expect. Naturally, we had concerns about how the transition would affect us as homeowners. But after nearly two years of living here, we can confidently say the merger has been a real benefit not only for us but for the entire community. The quality and craftsmanship of our home continue to impress us every day.
