This is absolutely the best title company I’ve ever used. I’m in the real estate business myself and this company is more than I could ever have asked for. My personal settlement went so smoothly and they were ready a week before I even needed to settle. They literally took care of everything, even more than I expected. Not to mention the people who I have referred to them, which I do not do lightly! If you are looking for an A+ company that has your best interest at heart, this is it! This company gets 0 stars. They are horrible and should be shut down. 7 months ago we paid $575 to get my fiance added to my deed. The check was cashed but to date and this is April 2021 he has yet to be added and no one from this office has had the decency to return my phone calls or my emails to advise me of the status. The next step is a law suit to get our money refunded! Do not waste your time and money dealing with them.
