Martinique and Normandy

I have enjoyed my time living at the Martinique Apartments. My apartment is incredibly spacious- floor plans are huge and ample closet space. The location is perfect- super close to the interstate and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. Sure, there have been some water issues with other buildings, but what apartment complex doesn’t have issues. Also, there has been some damage from storms as I’ve seen, but again we can’t control Mother Nature either! I know maintenance and management work quickly and tirelessly to fix issues as they arise. The complex manager and office ladies are very helpful and friendly. They are easy to get ahold of, too. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, someone is here very quickly to resolve it. I’d recommend living here! I

Didn't rent, just finding out about prices and availability. I dont remember her name, but WOW! She was amazing! Answered all my questions and so patient, because i asked her a lot of questions. This was for my friend who is disabled.

Iv lived here for about 6 months now and I can honestly say I love living here. It’s nice, quiet, & clean for the most part. Shar in the office always gets right back to me if I have any problems, my daughter even likes to go and visit in the office because Shar always has coloring pages for her or lets her look at all the fish tanks. The office staff is super laid back and they’ll even let you paint your walls if you’d like. Iv lived in plenty apartment complexes and this one is the best by far! The only downside is I live on the bottom level so it’s constantly bugs from outside but I knew that would happen. Also the paint in my shower started peeling a lot. If you’re thinking about moving here you should definitely do it! The complex is private owned, which to me is way better than so

I have lived at the Martinique for 1.5 years. Yes maintenance has issues but what other apartment complex doesn't?! (I have lived in apartments 10 plus years and never had a complex that was exceptional with maintenance) I love the office staff. They go over and beyond everytime I have a question/ issue. When I have had maintenance issues they get handled in a timely manner. If It is an emergency- they always get there that same day, but if it is something minor, I have to wait a few days which is totally fine- I know that they are busy with other apartments. The only negative thing I have to say is they could pick up grounds and near the dumpsters better.

So glad I decided to go with another apartment. So Shar was the one who helped us but not really. So because I make more than 3 times the rent I was apparently not qualified to rent there and if you need a co signer they have to make 5 times the rent. Ridiculous all because I have rented from the same place for 7 years and I didn't have enough renter history. But my credit score and how much I make was not an issue. Too many hoops to jump through. Found another apartment and they immediately got me a place no problem and I didn't need to have a co-signer. I heard about how rude and unprofessional they are at Martinique but decided to give them the chance. Just don't do it. Don't waste your time. Update: you guys didn’t decline me I declined working with you 😂😂😂 I have the texts since you
