Customer Reviews
I've had such a positive experience with Martin Selig Real Estate. If you've ever had to move an entire office to a new building, you know how hard it can be. Martin Selig Real Estate made it as easy as possible. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The building is beautiful on the outside, and clean on the inside. (I absolutely love the design of the building). I would highly recommend them!
Martin Selig’s team is excellent. We have purchased and sold a home with their by our side and both transaction went smoothly. We recommended this team multiple times to our family and friends and will continue to do so with confidence.
Highly recommend MSRE for commercial real estate. Working with Martin Selig's team over the last couple years has been a real pleasure. Staff communication is always prompt and professional, and they're a delight to have as a business partner. Seattle wouldn't be what it is today without them!
Developer chose the absolute cheapest option for sealing their roof, a tar based material that is likely coal tar. The smell has ruined Lower Queen Anne for the past 2 months. The odor emitted causes headaches and throat irritation. I'm all for development, but this odor now is permeating our actual apartment and our building's hallways. In addition, nearby cafes can't keep their windows open as a result of the odor. Developer claims building was "sustainably designed", but facts prove otherwise. A most unwelcome neighbor. I feel bad the developer is forcing the construction workers to breathe that, which will likely lead to health complications. Zero respect for neighbors earns this developer 1 star. You'd think with a billionaire owner they could go a bit beyond using the absolut
Absolutely unreasonable. There is a 12 million dollar parking lot parcel that is sitting empty next to our house. And after a year parking there we have been promptly ticketed. They aren’t willing or interested in working with the public or anyone that is their neighbor since the parking lot is now just sitting empty. Billion dollar companies have no interest in community during a really awful and painful time - for everyone. What a shame.
