I tried listing my house only on Zillow and didn't get a single call in about a week. I highly recommend Don Martin if you want to sell your house yourself in TN. This was my first home and the first home I ever sold. I just sold my house by owner and I could not be more thrilled with this process. I was referred to him by my Father and very thankful as I did not know this was even an option!
