Martin on Main Apartments

I toured this apartment community last year with Travis when we were planning to relocate. At the time, our move was delayed, but now we are seriously considering relocating to Louisville since it is conveniently located near my wife’s workplace. The property itself appeared safe, which is non-negotiable for us. Yes, the rent is high — but that’s expected for a downtown location, and we were prepared to pay for convenience and safety. However, there are clear issues. The gym maintenance was poor and frankly unhygienic. While we don’t plan to use it, it still reflects on how the property is managed. What is far more concerning is a detailed review posted by a former resident. The situation described is serious and disturbing. If those events are accurate, they point to significant manage

Nothing says home more than a apartment complex that cares. I shed a tear when I saw this skeleton being put together from my balcony. Martin on Main is a Louisville Luxury. Amenities are fantastic- pool, coffee, snacks and gym. Community is great- the people and the area. Maintenance is quick to respond- thanks Jeff.Leasing agents are friendly and helpful-thanks Travis. I was struggling to make a decision for my move and first time living alone but I have absolutely no regrets and absolutely love my space. I read all the reviews for other nearby apartments and nothing will beat a new building and team that has high standards to be the best!

I am a former resident of Martin on Main, and my experience with their front office was absolutely disgraceful. Two extremely important federal letters — including my H4 EAD CARD and sensitive Social Security documents — were delivered to this property because my application was filed while I lived there. After moving out, I repeatedly called and emailed the office. Machelle lied and said there was no mail in my name, claiming she never received anything. I had to file a missing/stolen mail complaint with USCIS to find out the truth: both letters had been sitting at Martin on Main for from January . Only when I confronted them with proof Quinn did admit it. When I went to collect my mail, one federal envelope had already been opened. I was told the resident of apartment 323 opened it.

Martin on Main was my first place completely on my own, and it has been a wonderful experience so far! The office staff is super friendly and always looking out for residents. They host monthly resident events that are a great way to meet new people. Quinn in the office has been super helpful in answering any of my questions. I love the location of this place, being walkable to all the fun stuff in Nulu. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to find their perfect home in the heart of Nulu!

We just moved in & our experience exceeded all expectations! Rachel & Travis have been helpful beyond words! They have cheerfully worked with our crazy schedules and have gone way above and beyond the call for us:) The apartment is clean & comfortable. The amenities are great. It's hard to find an apartment with a pool and also a jacuzzi in Louisville. Martin on Main is the place! Update: We've been at Martin on Main for a little over 6 months & are still enjoying the expanding community here! Resident gatherings put on by Travis (the charcuterie master:), Machelle (the sweet, cheerful office manage), & Jeff (the amazing repairer of all things) have been lots of Fun!
