I would suggest being sure pictures come with receipts that are turned in for work done. I was promised calls back but did not receive a call back the last three time I called regarding residual funds remaining after the sell of my mothers house. I was told and shown by an employee at Martin’s that there were monies being held for more repairs to the floors only to be told that the realtor- Warnock who sold the house said all of the money was used. There should be a verifiable receipt/proof of work completed. Beware when you are a co-owner of your deceased parents property. I was never shown the contract before the day of signing although I had requested to see the contract prior. You never who is working for who.

I do all my closings with Martin Land and title! They are best and customer service is top notch!
