08/18/2025: Luckily, we now have a wonderful case manager, but still no security. A place like Martin Court Apartments desperately needs it! 11/21/2024: Funny how time changed everything. As of this writing, we still have no security, and now, no case management. This is extremely bad! There is a feeling of lawlessness. Tenants who never did the right thing are doing much, much worse. Low Income Housing Institute needs to be held accountable for the rapid demise of order here at Martin Court Apartments! I am greatful and appreciate the staff here and Lehi for this opportunity to better myself. If not for this program and there apts. my son and I would be outside in tents still. There were problems but all apts have problems. ALL PLACES HAVE PROBLEMS. IT NOT FAIR TO CONDEMN the employees or Lehi for what the residence bring I to the place. They can only do so much. It is up to the residence to grow up and take responsibility for themselves and their guests. I have been here since feb.2022. Yes two people were stabbed to death in an apt. But the lady who lived there brought the man in from outside the apts off the street. You can't blame the staff or Lehi for that. They are not our parents or our babysitter. Today I took a visit to Martin Court to see a relative. The parking lot at the current time was completely full as we had the general contractors here Burke mechanical here and it looks like there may have been another contractor here as well. I took it upon myself to park off to the side as I seen three other cars inside of the parking lot that were not parked in parking spots. After about a 10-minute visit I walk to my car to get ready to leave .That is when Lynn Demarco walked up to my car as I got in, banged & on my window. I slowly crack the door as she took it upon herself & flings my door open. Advises that she was about to tow my car and that I should never Park here again. She stated with a very aggressive tone that I was blocking her car in. It was the actual contractors that we
