My company requires two analyses before listing my house for sale to ensure it is priced appropriately. Lisa Adams was one of the agents. She was kind, courteous, professional, and came prepared to our meeting. Lisa had multiple scenarios of ways the house could be priced based on what comps were being pulled (resale, school districts, etc.). She listened to my goals of selling our house (fast sale over higher price and letting it sit) and gave strategies on how to achieve it. Lisa took time to answer all my questions and never rushed me.
