We recently purchased a home and Ramon was recommended to be our home inspector. We were so impressed with his work! Ramon is thorough, efficient, and talked us through the entire inspection so we knew what he was looking for and what he found. The home we purchased is older and Ramon detailed the things we would need to accomplish first in order to move in safely. Within a few hours of the inspection, we received a packet from Ramon with details and pictures from the inspection of things that would need to be done for the house, as well as a priority list.
