Kim Shaul is the best property manager ever! She’s amazing! So responsive, helpful, and nice!

This place is the slums they fix nothing trash all over and now they want to charge for parking spot going up on storage going up on pet rental water usage and trash pick up. Allow people to walk their dogs on the property who don’t even live there.

Spoke to a woman at diamond reality because that's where the marshfield apartments number sends you(weird) because I had sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls to the proper number and hadn't heard back. I was told that the agent has the ability to ignore my phone calls.so I think this is why they have had the same apartments for lease for over a year.they will have you fill out an application form for $40 and then call you back with a bogus reason for not getting the apartment if they even call you back

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY. place is a mess, everything is outdated and they do not fix anything. Rent is way too high for this place, seriously look else where

It's the country vibe for me. It's Location, Location, Location. It is small town vibes with a hint of old school charm. I have been here a little over a year and getting ready to renew. Great place appreciated Staff and perfect space for me and my family.
