Had a great place to stay, but when it was time to leave I received a statement in the mail showing they had taken all my security deposit for damages and trash pick up. I had someone go by a month later near the property and found they hadn't picked up any "trash" and what they were trying to qualify was a punching bag I gave to my neighbor. Would've been fine though if they didn't ask me for $5 additional dollars. Very petty. Run-of-the-mill renters.
