This is truly one of the best places to live! The amenities are top-notch — from the beautiful pool area to the well-equipped gym and inviting lounge. Everything is kept clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. A big thank you to Community Director Gina and her amazing team for creating such a welcoming and well-managed community!

I had an excellent experience at Marquis Seven Meadows. Gina was amazing and provided outstanding service. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Karla who was very welcoming. The property is clean, beautiful and ready to move in. You can really tell the community is well cared for. Highly recommend!!

Great place to live! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Carla is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance responds quickly! Gina is very sweet and overall provided a great experience and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I lived at Marquis Seven Meadows for two years and it was a really great experience. Gina and Carla were always very welcoming. Milthon and the rest of the maintenance crew handled my service requests quickly and professionally. The community amenities were a standout and the neighborhood/school district top notch! Five stars all around!

I really enjoyed viewing this property! It felt warm, bright, and well-kept — you can tell it’s been looked after. The space had a nice recreation and the neighborhood seemed peaceful. Condo Manager- Gina was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. She is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Overall, a great viewing and definitely consider myself moving in!
