Marquessa Villas Apartments & Townhomes

One of the best spots in Marquessa Villas I stayed in Unit M210 and honestly it was a great experience. It’s two stories, super spacious, and perfect for a small family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big, and I loved that the unit faced the courtyard instead of the garages — way better view and more peaceful. Parking on that side was usually open, which was a big plus, and the neighbors were quiet. The dumpsters were close by, just a short walk, so nothing crazy. For a 14-month lease, the price was actually really good for how much space you get. I only moved out because of some personal stuff, but otherwise I would’ve stayed longer. If you can get this unit, M210’s the one to go for — nice layout, solid area, and overall good vibes.

I have honestly had nothing but problems since I’ve moved into this place. It seems they try to “cosmetically” cover up bigger issues to try to present them as if they are fixed when they aren’t. The air conditioning units leak constantly and maintenance “fixes” them with flex seal spray and repair methods that aren’t up to code. They cover mold with paint. The condensation lines from the a/c drain directly into the shower (management says it is like this in all units) which is not only disgusting but leaves a permanent orange rust stain throughout the shower that you are unable to get out . It has truly been a headache living here and repeatedly dealing with the same issues that are never truly resolved. Alayna was very helpful, friendly and professional! So far very impressed with all the amenities 2 pools, tennis court and gym. The only down side it’s really dark at night I hope they can add more lights outside!

Marquessa is the most beautiful affordable homes with warm inviting neighbors and the staff is soo outstanding to care of maintenance requests ASAP and to satisfy all needs for living comfortably.

So I had moistur that caused mold in my appartment, so I had to leave my appartment early this month and was told I had to be gone for about two weeks. Here I am almost a month later and the repairs are complete, but they have taken over a week to put the appliances back. My previous request for a time-line in which my appartment would be reinhabitable was completely ignored, after me vacating with less than a weeks notice, and the work not starting until 3 days after they said it would begin. Now here we are almost a month into this process and my appartment has been at the same stage of completion since Wednesday the 23rd, so according to my photographic records there has been 10 days that me being able to move back into my appartment had been decidedly NOT!! a priority.
