Stefano and the team at Marmot are the best property management company my wife and I have ever worked with! My wife and I have moved around a lot over the years for work and we've dealt with a lot of different property management companies. Marmot are down-to-earth people who seem to really care about about, not just the properties they manage but the tenants who rent from them. We would work with/rent from then again in a heartbeat and truly hope that we can do so in the future!

I have had the pleasure of working with Marmot Properties in many different capacities over several years; from property management, to deal analysis, to just plain friendly discussions regarding the Reno real estate market. Every experience has been superb! Most recently I worked with Stefano on some design work for apartments that we were renovating in Midtown Reno. Not only does he have great taste, but he is wonderful and easy to work with. He is very responsive to questions, helped coordinate materials with our contractor, and was very proactive in things I hadn't even thought of yet. The completed project looked so good, showed great, and rented quickly!! I will definitely work with Stefano again on any other design needs.
