I can't say enough great things about Ciara. She truly went above and beyond to assist me learning more about this new apartment complex. Since I was new to the the area she was incredibly detailed patient and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. She kept me updated every step of the way explained everything clearly and took the time to show me the property and answer all my questions I felt supported from start to finish and I'm so grateful for her help I highly recommend Ciara.

I stay here and I gotta say maintenance has been way better lately. Work orders that used to take forever are actually getting handled now. You put a request in and it gets picked up quick, no runaround, no having to keep calling the office. Jacky Martinez been on top of it fr. Everything feels more organized and communication is way clearer than before. You can tell she is actually pushing tickets through and making sure stuff gets done instead of letting it pile up. Jacky has made living here a lot smoother and less stressful. Definitely appreciate the effort she put’s fourth and the change shows.

I like to give credit where it's due. Maintenance has improved quite a bit. One maintenance worker I would like to highlight is Onix. He repaired the leaking pipes in the walls between my kitchen and bathroom. He also replaced my old leaky bathtub faucets and stopped the leak. He was prompt, professional, thorough and pleasant. And I'm satisfied with the work done. Thank you Onix!!

Recently, I had a serious water leak that affected my bathroom ceiling and walls. I reported it to the leasing office, and the next day someone came up looked at the problem and started the repairs. The leak was in a difficult area, so a large area of ceiling over the tub had to be removed. The repair was made and a temporary patch was installed. After a day or so I went to the office and asked when was the ceiling repair going to start. I found out that outside contactors had been contacted to do some work around the buildings. Two days later the contactors came in patched up the ceiling and cleaned up the walls. They did such a great job that you would never know that there had been water damage. I applaud the office and maintenance staff with a special shout out to Ms. Cierra, sorry, I
