Just a few of the issues i’ve had (apt 2-303), i lived here for 15 months 1. i had a moisture issue in my closets since i moved in, excess water that caused all my clothing to get damp and moldy in the closet. i brought this up to management and the property manager personally inspected and said it’s “unlike anything i’ve ever seen before.” the inspection was done in april and i was told the person they have to fix it was on vacation every time i’ve asked (it’s been 5 months), i've offered to show medical records indicating that this is not safe but continued to get ignored. the video is of water absorption bags in my closet that filled up within weeks, i bought a dehumidifier and it did nothing. 8 bags filled 2. rats in the walls in july 2025, also entering some apartment buildings. they

My experience has been nothing less than exceptional. The agents were very informative and patient with every question I may have had. The process was quick and I might I say easy..Top tier service 🙂

I was considering applying for this apartment but I didn’t even get to tour before the slumlords started playing games. Never answers the phone, constantly spams automated emails multiple times a day, and when you do get an email from an actual person they sidestep all your questions. Can only imagine how they treat their actual tenants
