Marketplace at Fells Point

As I renew my lease, I wanted to share how much I’ve appreciated living here. From the moment I first walked into the building, I had a good feeling about this place, and that feeling has only grown. Regina sets the tone for the whole community. She’s approachable, responsive, and takes real pride in creating a place where people feel comfortable. Brooke from maintenance is prompt, dependable, and keeps everything running smoothly. The building is well cared for, the neighbors are kind, and the location is hard to beat.On top of all that, the rooftop is incredible. A year in, I still feel lucky to call this home.

Living at Marketplace at Fells Point has been a fantastic experience! The apartments are tucked right in the heart of a vibrant, historic neighborhood (just steps from the harbor), yet they offer a surprising sense of peace and quiet. It's the best of both worlds. You’re surrounded by amazing local amenities like the Broadway Market, the farmers market, tons of great restaurants and bars, and the waterfront promenade. Everything is walkable and super convenient. The staff here are truly top-notch: friendly, accommodating, and always approachable. They make the place feel like home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot in Baltimore!

"I've been visiting this beautiful Fells Point apartment for almost 3 years now and couldn't be happier. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the best restaurants in town. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with updated appliances and plenty of storage. The management is also responsive and helpful, always quick to address any issues. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live." They also have limited street parking, but great well lit garage parking

We lived at Marketplace for over three years, and generally had a good experience. Pros: -Great location!!! -We appreciated having to go through multiple sets of locked doors before accessing the elevator (also locked) and overall felt very safe despite being new to Baltimore. -Maintenance was extremely timely and responsive to our needs, even for minor requests like a clogged sink drain. -The rooftop deck is beautiful and a wonderful location to host friends. -Although small, the gym was well maintained and often empty. -There were regular social gatherings organized by management Cons: -Though it was not a surprise, the great deal of extra fees (e.g., location on the inside of the building, pet rent, mandatory “valet waste” program) seemed excessive and added almost $150/month to the b

Regina, the property manager and Andrea, the assistant manager are God sends. They’ve been so helpful with me through the whole moving in process, and after wards. I’ve never seen that before in an apartment complex. If you have an issue, the office will get it fixed immediately…no waiting around a week plus. There’s a beautiful courtyard on the property. Perfect to relax after a long day at work. Also a beautiful rooftop to see the whole city. Safety is number one here, so you don’t have to worry about that. Fells point is a beautiful historical area. It’s a great place for families and people who are moving out here for work who are not from the area. Every one is friendly here and there’s so many food options nearby. I’m so grateful and blessed to move here at marketplace. Best decision
