They have such a well oiled back room and ensure smooth and efficient transactions. The title searches are detailed and they always do the work upfront allowing for more time to work through potential title complications and get folks into homes sooner. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They were not a direct client of ours but they left the transaction relating to our house purchase out to the wind. They never even followed up with any questions about their wire transfer and sent the money elsewhere with total disregard. 7 hours later on a Friday afternoon at about 4:59 they finally straightened it out but to late and as a result we were left homeless for the weekend. 3 adults, one elderly. 4 kids, one being autistic. Think about that should you consider these people.
