want to share my personal experience working with Mark Ahmed. In my opinion, he did not act in my best interest. On multiple occasions, I submitted offers on properties through him, and I later discovered that my offers may not have been presented to the sellers. In one case, the property was purchased by someone related to him, even though my offer was higher. In another case, I was given an explanation that didn’t make sense to me, which made me lose confidence in how my offer was handled. Based on these experiences, I personally would not work with him again.

Mark is like family to us. First impressions are everything. Trust is just as important. Mark made a very important decision an easy one for us. He protected our interest every step of the way, and provided sound guidance before any decisions were made. Best financial decision I ever made in my entire life. Thanks again.
