I stayed in bldg. 4 on the 2nd floor (Airbnb) as a trial before considering signing a lease here. While the complex itself seems great, the apt soundproofing is terrible (paper thin). The person above me woke me up every morning around 5am which sounded like a stampede that persisted throughout the day as if they never sat down. I did my best to not be that person for the one below me. So, it seems if you’re going to rent here be on the 3rd (top) floor but know the person below you will hear you. Also consider there are no elevators.

Staff consistently provides outstanding service and professionalism. Staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible experience. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every interaction smooth and enjoyable. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled efficiently and with care. Before I moved in here I looked at all the bad reviews and ignored them… I wish I had listened. Living here was one headache after another. Our AC broke three different times, and every time it was nearly impossible to get ahold of the front office — calls and emails went unanswered for days. When we finally moved out, it took three full months to get our security deposit back, and they still charged us $300 to “replace the carpet” over one tiny spot. The apartment itself wasn’t much better — the stove only had two settings (off or scorching hot), there were bugs constantly, and the neighbors were extremely loud at all hours. The dog park here is DISGUSTING. Absolutely nobody picks up their dog’s poop here. If nobody is capable of picking up their dog’s waste, why not put the pet rent to good use and hire someone to pick it up?

Marissa Zimmerman was my leasing consultant and she did an outstanding job at answering all of my questions. I was able to tour multiple units and never felt rushed.The garages are a very nice size.
