5 Stars – A Great Place to Call Home! I've lived at Mariposa Gardens for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one, this community has felt like home. The apartments are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with a high level of quality that stands out. One of the things I appreciate most is the peace and quiet—it's such a calm and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The security system also gives me a great sense of comfort and safety, which is so important when choosing a place to live. The gym is a huge plus—clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded. Due to unforeseen circumstances - I had to move from the Area but will return to this property once able to- Gloria and Vicki have been very helpful since moving in 4/2022 - Curtis is over maintenance and does amazing work and w/in acceptable time frame - w/o hesitation I will return / only issue I have is the $$$. Like everything else pricey in an economy that cannot sustain the rising prices - but the ladies don’t control that Bobby Cox’s Management company does

I have lived in many apartments, this by far is the BEST! Having a garage and smart home system without additional cost is not a norm in Midland. The office staff is friendly and the Property Manager Linda never lets me leave without a good laugh. Whenever I have a maintenance issue the response has been quick which I appreciate. I highly recommend Mariposa Gardens.

The apartments are large and comfortable, very nice, and very convenient. The smart system and excellent customer service from the office are excellent. Ms. Gloria is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, Vicky made everything quick and easy when signing. Answered every question I had about the place.
