Mariposa Flats

I have lived here for years and for the most part I will say I have dealt with nothing short of the usual issues. However, when it comes to the staff Dora is the absolute and complete worst this complex and management company has. She shouldn't be in the hospitality business. This woman refuses to work with any of the residents who are black or don't speak Spanish. She will tell them to go to Yolanda who handles our rent etc. Not maintenance work orders. She's charged my account which is not prohibited by the property. And gets nasty attitudes when called out by her bs. She's even rude to her coworkers. Idk, how/why she's still at the property. It was better before her presence because now nothing gets done.

Management is horrible the they tow your car at all times even if you have ticket the light they control light bill it’s always highl but never really show the proof Maintenance, just walk around all day doing nothing there a lot of rats. Manager thinks she owns the place

We've been living at Mariposa Flats for years, and I’ve never felt so helpless in my own home. There are rats and mice all over my apartment. It’s disgusting and honestly terrifying. We’ve begged Dora for help, but nothing changes. I don’t know if she doesn’t understand how serious this is—or if she just doesn’t understand english. I’m exhausted and angry. No one should have to live like this.

My mother has been a resident since 2021. And the way she gets treated is unacceptable. She can not put a complain in person to the office where Yolanda and Dora because they always treat resident in a mad manner and they tell you that if you don’t like it to go ahead and leave. My mother was asked to leave the office because they did nit want to speak with her. I ask to please have them train properly if they do not have people skills. Basic people skills

Worst place ever. Filled with roaches, rats, and even bedbugs it’s disgusting. Management is horrible you enter maintenance request and no one ever comes in to fix your issues. There’s literal mold in the apartments that is never taken care of. Management stole money from us and tried forcing us to pay extra for deposit when we had already payed and had the proof for it too. Had a hole in my ceiling from some form of leakage that was never fixed and it just keeps getting bigger. You better wish that someone doesn’t break into your car too. There’s always cars getting broken into even if there’s nothing in sight. Also hopefully you have a washer in your apartment or you’re going to have trouble washing in the complex since half the time the washers aren’t even working.
