Mariposa Flats Apartments

Omar is exceptional! He is super knowledgeable and courteous. Multiple times now he's fixed my AC problems without a hitch and even took my work schedule in consideration before coming into my apartment for repairs. He is an absolute gem, nicest guy you'll ever meet. Don't lose him at any cost, Mariposa!

For the last several years, I have lived at Mariposa Flats. The office staff of Glenis and Julie are awesome. They are always polite and friendly. The maintenance crew of Omar and Jimmy are also wonderful. They are prompt when it comes to fixing whatever I need. I plan on staying!

Mariposa Flats is a beautiful, quiet community. The area is safe and close to everything. Glenis in the front office is amazing and really accommodating! Omar and Jimmy in maintenance are super helpful and friendly. Love it!

Our water heater died and flooded and Jordan was so quick to come help! He got it replaced and drained so fast that it took all the stress out of the situation. I'm so incredibly grateful!

Omar and Jimmy are The best maintenance guys I have ever had at an apartment community. They are so accommodating and fix things right the first time. Those guys along with the manager make this place a wonderful community to live.in. thank you so much! Lauren
