We had no idea about this before we moved in but there is no heat on the first floor! The heat is installed upstairs and since heat rises it doesn’t reach the downstairs. It would be a 20 degree difference from upstairs vs downstairs. Unfortunately I’ve reached out to management multiple times over the last 5 months (usually with no answer) and they claim I am the only unit with this problem…and still have no permanent solution for me as winter is approaching. My understanding is the newer 3 bedrooms have split units installed downstairs to combat the issue but the older units do not have the extra split unit. I would keep this in mind when weighing the pros and cons of living here.
The place itself is very pretty and very modern. We have had issues on multiple occasions with the heat/ac. Currently dealing with more issues, it is 84° in here and i can’t sleep. Being generous and giving two stars. For this price, not worth it.
Built horribly. No heat on the first floor so you will freeze in the winter. Things falling apart already. Maintenance is horrible. Parking is horrible.
