I've been here for about 4 years now, with not many maintenance issues, but when I have had them, my experience with the team has been pleasant. I wanted to compliment Joe on the maintenance team. I had an electrical issue, and Joe explained his steps before and after the job was done. He also removed his shoes at the door, which was the icing on the cake. Having a solid maintenance team is important to us residents. Thank you.

We just had our unit serviced by Mr Joe the maintenance man. He fixed our washing machine and is collecting the parts to fix our dishwasher too.He came in super professional, with great know-how and technique. Your hard work is greatly appreciated!

I have lived here for over 11 years. I had a heat emergency and Dennis ( I hope I got his name correct) was at my residence at night working on the issue. The next day Joe followed up, came in and did some more work. I am very happy with how fast my issue was resolved. I appreciate the maintenance staff. Joe has worked in my unit before and was amazing then, too. They are always respectful and kind. Thanks Guys!

I recently lost heat and called the emergency line and was connected to Dennis . Dennis was excellent. He arrived prepared, quickly identified the issue with my heating system, and resolved it efficiently. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. I truly appreciated how quickly he was able to restore my heat and his clear understanding of the work needed. Great service overall.

We really appreciated Joe’s help in sealing up our front door ahead of the pending winter storm! He went above and beyond doing more than we asked to help us get prepared! We rarely have issues with our apartment but when we do, Joe and the rest of the maintenance squad has always been a great help to us!
