I moved in back in January, the staff, Yvette, Lauren, AJ and of course Erica have been nothing more then friendly and helpful. They are there to listen and help with everything. The amenities are amazing, from the beautifully landscaped pool area, gym and yoga room, sky lounge to watch the most awesome sunsets and the game room to relax and unwind with leather recliners and a huge tv, pool table and coffee machine. Maintenance has been superb through all the opening making sure Marina Walk is kept up well. The best place I lived in so far.

We love living here. Office and maintenance staff are wonderful as are the many amenities and beautiful modern apartments with lots of storage. Just renewed for our 3rd year here. The location is extremely convenient to stores, restaurants, highways and beaches. Very dog friendly with a dog washing area and dog run.

Lived here since Feb. 2022. Great location, close to the beaches and downtown. You can jump directly on I-275 north or south. Reasonable prices for the area. Great community of people, great amenities, very responsive and friendly staff (Yvette, Erica, AJ, Megan) and maintenance issues are dealt with very quickly. The building is constructed very well and to the latest hurricane standards. Sure there are small things, but I can honestly say that Marina Walk has been the best apartment community I have ever lived in. They do community events and I have made a lot of good friends here. Very community oriented. Highly recommend.

I moved into the Marina Walk apartments in between Hurricane Helene and Milton. I could not be happier here. The building is solid and I never hear my neighbors. The parking garage is open parking and I never have a problem finding a parking spot. The staff has gone over and beyond for any needs I have had. I love the area. There are several places within walking distance and I enjoy riding my bike and walking my dog on the Pinellas Trail. There’s a dog park, several amenities and several work spaces in the building where I can work remotely. Beautiful property and I am happy I decided to call Marina Walk my home.
