Marina Village at RiverLights

My friend and I did the "dashing through the glow" 5k here. It was amazing. Will hav to go back and enjoy again. We loved it.

We love this community! Parks galore. Walking trails around the lake. Events like concerts in the park and farmers market. Great restaurants all within walking distance from our new home.

Awesome addition to river road with awesome view of the river. And alot more business to come to the area and housing

So peaceful, clean, and the landscaping is beautiful! Great place to relax with your significant other and even children. Love the hammocks also! But the restaurant 'Up In Smoke' (I think that's what it's called) it isn't worth visiting! Just for a can soda it's $1.50! Food is "okay"!

Everyone here is incredibly friendly! The staff at the Magnolia Social Cafe is amazing. They have wonderful events in the centrally located live oak park including a monthly market that features produce, other foods, candles, and artwork. It's worth a visit for the Riverwalk alone, but they also have their own popular full on restaurant, Smoke on the Water.
