Marina Villa

Such a great place to live! The property management is so amazing they are so caring, respectful, and resourceful. If they haven’t seen me in awhile they always check up and make sure I’m doing okay. I really appreciate that. Catrice is one of the main reasons why I picked marina villa. I’ve never had this level of service from any property management team ever. If you need someone thing fixed they usually get it done within a few hours of ur maintenance request even 30 mins after you submit it. The place is clean and bug free! I love everything about this place. Every month there’s fun community events and it’s such a nice place to live everyone just minds their business and it’s very quiet you barely see anyone.

I love this little place! It is a gem located near a marina across the street from a fantastic restaurant. Love my life here!!. The ability to see a sunset and a sunrise all in the same day from the same location makes it all the more worth it. I feel safe here. The building is secure with cameras everywhere. The management staff is super responsive, polite, encouraging, friendly and just all around quality! The maintenance is top notch as well. Catrice was amazing. She gave me a great tour of the whole community and answered all of my questions. The property was beautiful and I loved the finishes in the actual apartment. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

My family and I stayed there for 3 months while we were searching for a home and Catrice and staff were phenomenal the entire time. The facilities were clean, the pool was nice, and the grounds were maintained. The staff was extremely receptive to any needs and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Very upset. Left early from work to tour an apartment. Scheduled the appointment 5 business days in advance. Got here and no one is at the leasing office. Doors are locked. Balloons and decor on the floor of someone’s office. Sign says they’re open til 6pm. Called the phone multiple times and no one answered. No notification to reschedule appointment or courtesy call to cancel appointment or at least let me know no one would be there. Why have people schedule appointments and go out of their way if your staff is not going to be there? Very unprofessional. They reached out to me shortly after very apologetic and I am so glad I gave them another chance to rectify the situation. I thoroughly enjoyed the property and staff on the tour. The property was so clean and tidy throughout. Very happy
