Contact them about info and properties and floor plans. The responded quickly and provide some of the info I requested. I asked them send me more info and never received it. I finally drove down and was not impressed. The idea is great but its a poor location.

We were just going to take a day and get out of the house... We sat down with a friendly agent and took the tour, found the lot that was right for us. We got all the information about the community as well as price. My wife and I told them we needed to think about it and to see if it was the right choice for us. We made the short drive to Flagler Beach to discuss what we had seen and to talk about the possibilities over lunch and a margarita. It took less than an hour and we returned to Marina Del Palma and picked our lot and became owners that quickly. The feeling of friendliness we found from the locals and visitors was more than enough to sell us on this great opportunity. This project is something Palm Coast was lacking - perfect for the boat owner right along the Intracoastal! I look forward to seeing this grow and also the new folks that will be moving into the area.

This place is great went to a boat show and this place is new and looks so comfortable to live there. Be looking into soon. Big Marina being built also can't wait
