At the recommendation of close friends of my parents we hired Marie Vinson of Berkshire Hathaway Florida North Realty as our Real Estate Agent. It was the best decision that we could have made! We had a complex and time-bound situation in that we were moving my elderly parents from Orange Park, Florida back to New York to an assisted living facility to be closer to family. Within 6 weeks, we had to pack up what we were taking to New York, clear out, sell, or donate what was no longer needed, and clean and prepare my parents’ home to be listed. While there was a lot of logistics to manage there was also an emotional side as my parents were leaving their home and moving to a new stage in their life.
