I lived here before and decided to come back. Sonya is AMAZING! She has great communication skills and my application was processed quickly. I noticed the upgrades she has added to the property and I loved how she was available to answer all my questions. I look forward to living here again!

I really enjoy living here at Marco Meadows Apartments. I’ve been here a year & I plan on renewing my lease this week. You will notice upon entrance that the lawns & shrubbery are steadily maintained beautifully by Humberto & Ray, our landscaping crew. We are enveloped by a lot of luscious trees! It’s cozy & inviting without trash or debris ANYWHERE on the property. The crew work hard to keep our little community beautiful. Maintenance of any kind is addressed swiftly & efficiently by our maintenance personnel. Neighbors are pleasant, helpful & comfortable to live next to. Mine are very kind & courteous.
