Was charged for a rental. The company canceled a month later. It’s now two months after that and I still have not gotten a refund after 6 calls to the company. Theresa Davidson does not exist. All calls are outsourced to India. Do not rent with this company. Not a legitimate company.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY. I received an email that my reservation had been cancelled bc company had closed but have not received a refund. I have made multiple calls to the company and no response. I still have not received a refund. I booked through VRBO and was offered a 100 percent cancellation refund and still can not get refunded. The company just keeps telling me they “created a case” I am not getting any responses back. BEWARE. This company is a scam !

My husband and I both reached out for support and we were never addressed. Although the home we rented is absolutely beautiful, the management is poor. Guest convenience and satisfaction are not prioritized which makes it unlikely that we would secure a stay with them ever again. There was not a single liner for the trash receptacle aside from the one that was in it. There was no starter pack of dish detergent or dishwasher tabs. No laundry detergent was provided. The checkout rules are lengthy with charges based upon how much needs to be washed. The dryer was terribly inefficient needing to be set for over 100 minutes to dry clothing. Unbelievably shady and unprofessional. Received confirmation after paying for our reservation and received a text message from Marco stating that our reservation was confirmed and we could communicate through that text app. Then, we receive a random email from them stating that our reservation was canceled! I reached out multiple times to ask why and they just kept saying the dates were no longer available (which makes no sense because we received confirmation and text confirmation. And they accepted payment). The phone number they have listed is no longer in service and they will not answer any questions that you email them except to continue repeating the same thing over and over again. Super shady, be very careful if you work with this company. They have left us in a lurch for Thanksgiv

Terrible customer service experience. They cancelled our reservation 2 days before our departure. They didn’t help us find a new place. We were left without a vacation destination when we had already fully paid for and had signed the contract. Not to mention the planning and the disappointment.
