Marchwood

I moved into this neighborhood May of 2022. For the last two years I’ve been living under the Machwood Bosshardt HOA - fees have increased from $70-$80 a month and we pay maintenance for lawn care, pool fees and other upkeep. The neighborhood also has rules and regulations we need to follow. For the past two years while I’ve been paying these fees, maintenance has gone significantly downhill, and rules and regulations have only selectively been enforced. An individual parking on the street with a company vehicle (in public parking) is considered a violation of the rules and they will be asked to leave the neighborhood. However, my neighbor has been leaving human and medical waste outside the unit, using the visitor spot as a permanent (for the past two years - clearly highlighted in the

Wonderful place to live. Nice, quiet neighborhood in a very convenient location

Not bad but not great either. No sidewalk 🌚
