This team subcontracted on some work I had done on my house recently. They did great work. The part that was most impressive to me was while doing some electrical work, they found an existing wire in the house that was not up to spec. Rather than the original plan of tying into that wire, they choose to rerun the full length and replace with the correct wire. That added time to the effort, but gave me the peace of mind that it was done correctly. Ultimately, that's what I need. Someone who chooses to do the job right even when it takes longer than planned for. They did a great job with the rest of the work including installing windows tightly without causing any damage or repair needs to the walls right next to it. We are a GC and we hired Adalberta Marciano for 3 jobs. Paid him over 10 k in deposits. His guys are inexperienced Every single job was a catastrophe. Once we realized Adalberta was a slick talker and couldn’t deliver what he promised we immediately hired new licensed crews. To date it has cost us over and additional 10,000 to redo and fix every single project. The damage he incurred at our expense is baffling. This guy only cares about a deposit check. He promised refunds and to date we haven’t recovered our monies. We have contacted the PA Attorney General and his insurance company They do not have the skill set they use day laborers Run Run Run This guy Adalberta is a scammer and he is not an educated contractor. Please STAY AWAY from these guys. They were hired as a subcontractor and were given work and they tried to go behind the back of the company that referred their work and steal from the company that offered them work. They also acted unprofessionally and their work was extremely subpar. If ever questioned, we have proof of poor quality including windows installed with so much expanding foam it could have been used as a life raft and even were so unprofessional they spray painted their names on walls of the job. Unfortunately our jobsites did not have cameras but we suspect that after being told to leave the job we had windows stolen as there are at least 6 windows missing from jobs they had access to. This is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. If you hire these guys, prepare
